The Flourishing Teams deck turns the Flourishing Organizations Framework into an honest, easy conversation. Its 72 cards, spanning 12 dimensions of team functioning, give people the words to describe how their team really feels today, then chart a shared path toward flourishing. Use it in a full workshop, a coaching session, or a five-minute team check-in.

The BluePrint tools give organizations a clear, data-driven picture of the specific leadership behaviors and cultural conditions driving or undermining engagement, performance, and wellbeing — along with a practical roadmap for addressing what the data reveals.
